The ICA authorized two quarantines for the export of live cattle

In response to the complaint by the manager of Expoganados Internacional, Miguel Dulcey, in which he warned that the national government had not authorized live cattle exports for more than 30 days, the Colombian Agricultural Institute (ICA) authorized the start of two new quarantines in the authorized and certified farms as export establishments, in order to facilitate the export of bovines from Colombia.
