Bovine meat: finally, they enable chopping and mechanical unloading

The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries agreed to implement the chopping of meat with the provinces that are members of the Technical Advisory Board, which establishes a limit of up to 32 kilograms per piece to be able to be loaded by workers and the use of mechanical means and railers for half cattle, reported the national portfolio.

In this way, “the government complies with the commitment assumed to take a measure that contemplates the opinion of the provinces in the commercialization of meat,” said Agriculture in a statement in which it also assured that “the measure is already in force and running.”.
