Congressman urges creation of Livestock Register and Livestock Production Unit

Chihuahua.– The State Congress will send an exhortation to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to implement care actions for small ranchers due to the problem that exists in the sale of cattle due to not having the National Livestock Register and the Unit of Livestock Production (UPP).

The PRI representative Omar Bazán Flores presented the proposal and considered that by having the UPP it would be possible for the small winners to be able to sell their cattle at a higher price and they would also have verification that the cattle belong to their possession, in addition to having the requirements and sanitary evaluation necessary for its due purchase – sale.
