Beef exports fell almost 6% last month

Exports in October reached a volume close to 52,800 tons by weight of refrigerated and frozen beef; for a value of the order of US$265.2 million. Compared to September, the volumes shipped show a decline of 5.8%. Meanwhile, the value obtained shows a fall of 13.3%.

In relation to the month of October 2021, the volumes exported are 25.5% higher, while the value obtained has been 9.2% higher, explained the Consorcio de Exportadores de Carnes Argentinas (ABC, for its acronym in English, Argentine Beef Consortium).
