Beef exports, with a record of 316 thousand tons in 2022

The Agricultural Market Consulting Group (GCMA) reported that 2002 is shaping up to be the best year in beef exports with a record of 316 thousand tons; 8.0 percent higher vs. 2021. In imports, 13 percent more was paid for meat purchases, compared to last year, mainly due to higher prices for pork and chicken.
