Commercial chain asks the goverment to review the requirement of the new measures for meat

The measure should take effect on November 1. But from various cold storage chambers, butchers and supermarkets ask to replace the provisions on cutting and weighing no more than 32 kilos by the obligation to use mechanical means that help take care of the health of workers. In a meeting with the new Secretary of Agriculture, Juan José Bahillo, they also raised the financing needed to adopt the system, among other sectoral issues.
