Faced with climate change, health threats and inflation, farmers launch SOS

Talking about the livestock sector is, in general, talking about prosperity, growth, surplus, transformation and opportunities, however, the producers of the livestock branch make us see that although it is true, the livestock sector is one of the sectors that more contributions it provides to the national economy, it is also true that, today, those in this union live moments of alert when they are threatened by various factors, mainly due to the issue of climate change with recurring droughts; the excessive increase in inputs, mainly the price of grains, the health threat due to outbreaks in the world of various diseases such as bird flu, African swine fever, foot-and-mouth disease and mad cow disease; and, finally, the issue of international inflation that threatens to discourage the consumption of animal protein.
