In 2022 beef and pork increases up to 20%
Between 15 and up to 20 percent has been the increase in beef and pork in the central area of the state in 2022, says Oscar Pimentel Ugarte , a butcher businessman. Who details that this increase is due, in large part, to the increase in the cost of raw materials for the production of feed for pigs and cattle as a result of the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine war.
