Livestock export sales continue at a slow pace

Almost a month and a half after starting the 2022-2023 livestock export cycle, the shipment of cattle to the States is going slowly; To date, only 3,743 calves have been marketed, however the demand in the national market has increased.

Julio César Gutiérrez Chapa, president of the Regional Livestock Union of Tamaulipas, explained that at the national level this figure is also low, since only 13,334 head of cattle have been exported.
