Meat exports grew 40 percent in dollars in the first half

During the first six months of the year, foreign sales of Argentine beef reached 426,000 tons of beef for a value of USD 1,762 million . This represents an increase of 2% in volume and 40% in foreign exchange compared to the same period in 2021, according to the Consortium of Argentine Meat Exporters (ABC) , which brings together the largest companies in the national meat processing industry. And if the offal of beef origin is added, sales reach a total of USD 1,880 million.
