Producers deliver petition to deputies: They seek to stop meat imports

This morning, producers who are members of several peasant groups in the State of Chihuahua, such as the Democratic Peasant Front, the Barzón, National Agrodynamics and the Regional Agricultural Union of Yellow Corn Producers (UNIPRO), met with deputies of the local Congress, with the purpose of requesting solution to 6 demands.

The first is in relation to the phytosanitary alert, since the fact that the federal government authorizes the entry of meat and other products without sanitary regulation, since this implies the entry of pests and diseases that will affect the production and export of Chihuahua, for this reason exports.
