From the Federation of Argentine Regional Meat Processing Industries (FIFRA) a warning has been issued due to the lack of time and means to implement the new system for the sale of meat with which the sale in half carcasses is going to be replaced and which will to consist of chopping these into parts that do not weigh more than 32 kg. In this way they can be transported by operators with less risk.
