Ukraine accuses Russia of blocking the full implementation of the grain export agreement

The deal, brokered by the United Nations and Turkey in July, paved the way for Ukraine to resume grain exports from Black Sea ports closed since the Russian invasion. Ukraine said seven ships left its ports on Sunday loaded with grain bound for Asia and Europe , but accused Russia of blocking full implementation of the deal in the Black Sea.
