Ukrainian cereal exports could be close to recovering pre-war levels

Ukraine is close to exporting almost as much grain in August as it did before the Russian invasion, according to figures released Tuesday by a senior US government official.

“Thanks to intense international cooperation, Ukraine is on track to export almost four million tons of agricultural products in August ,” a senior State Department official told AFP.
