USDA January Supply and Demand Report: Protein

Beef export estimates for 2022 are lowered and imports are unchanged on recent trade data. By 2023, beef imports increase, largely due to higher expected imports from Brazil, but the export forecast does not change. Pork imports for 2022 are reduced, but exports are unchanged. By 2023, imports of pork are reduced, but exports are increased.
